Woke up feeling better, quickly declined into self deprecating thoughts and negative eating stuff. I weighed myself and I have lost a kilo. I had managed to have a late brunch consisting of a very small portion of veggies and vegan protein which I am trying to see as an achievement. Nourishing my body is important, allowing myself to thrive is important. Focusing on my growth and development is important. -sigh- I am so much more than this.
